Eligible Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged or defective upon delivery
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product significantly differs from the description
  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice/receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom printed or personalized packaging
  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale
  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Bulk orders (unless manufacturing defect)

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Submit clear photos of the product (if damaged)
  4. Wait for return approval from our team
  5. Pack the item securely and ship it back (prepaid return for eligible cases)

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Amount is credited to the original payment method
  • Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (except for our errors)

For damaged items, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund based on product availability.
